	请社长SAI参考--(申请精华!) ... 发表于 2006-4-29 23:12 ... 37406 次点击为了无名杂志论坛更好的管理,加强团队精神,使论坛办得更加有特色现今草拟一份见意请社长SAI参考: 版主(栏目总监)责任表 1 必须有充分的时间管理论坛：每周最少有3天来管理论坛，周一到周五必须有两天，周六周日一定要有时间来管理每次管理时间尽量在两个小时以上。为论坛安全，密码不允许告诉任何人，否则立即取消其版主资格。 2 版主请假条例：版主有事一定要请假，对于不请假超过10天不来的版主将取消其版主资格为不影响所管理版块的正常工作，版主请假时间一般不得超过20天 3 版主如果觉得自己能力有限，或者时间精力不再能够管理自己的版，为了论坛长远利益，请主动向论坛管理请辞 4 对各自版块的管理工作：版主应及时处理版内的突发事件和违规贴，对于一般帖子应及时锁定，情节比较严重的帖子应及时删除并给予相应的处罚对于与本版内容不符的贴子应及时转移内容精彩的帖子可适时加精华或固顶，对帖子的操作要发短信通知用户 5 版主应该适时发表些有互动性的帖子和精彩的帖子活跃气氛，版主也应该多找找与本版有关的帖子来发，供大家讨论，提高人气 6 版主要长期坚持好的管理习惯和作风，不能出现新官上任三把火的情况。必须做好长期管理论坛的困难准备。 7 要及时处理版内会员提出的意见和问题，版主应该以身作则，不能假公济私，真正做到公平管理。 8 主动和所有版主搞好关系，做到相互帮助，共同发展，共同进步。 9 深切关心www.orzotl.com 的兴衰发展。总版主(主编)责任表 1 总版主应经常与版主沟通，对于版主管理上的问题及时给与指导，了解所有版面的情况 2 及时处理其他版主不能处理的事情，对于捣乱人员，坚决给与惩罚，及时并长期的维护论坛正常秩序 3 对于会员提出的意见和问题能给与正确回答和解决。 4 对于版主的工作了如指掌，经常与版主沟通，提高版主群凝聚力。希望大家不要抱怨,为了www.orzotl.com 的发展,能理解下! 说明:由于站里很多版主为学生,故特殊情况我们会酌情处理的!

版主请假条例：
版主有事一定要请假，对于不请假超过10天不来的版主将取消其版主资格
为不影响所管理版块的正常工作，版主请假时间一般不得超过20天

我说一句，对于是学生的我们来说，这一点很难做到
毕竟学生是以学习为重……所以说这一条根本就是没办法执行的

不能假公济私这一点不错~绝对要支持的~
